Principal-In-Charge
As Principal-In-Charge, Robert J. Stowell is actively involved from the outset of every project. During the proposal phase, Bob aligns job requirements with appropriate personnel and project timelines to develop effective and realistic project plans. Working closely with the project managers, he helps establish project objectives, identify critical paths, and define key ideas before any work is initiated—ensuring a clear and organized approach from day one.
Bob earned his degree in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire, and specialized in structural design, environmental engineering, and wastewater engineering. With over forty years of experience in the industry, Bob brings a thorough understanding of funding strategies, regulatory requirements, and budget management. He remains deeply involved in maintaining Tritech's high standards, reviewing plans and reports throughout the design process. His hands-on leadership ensures that each project is supported by the appropriate personel and resources needed to meet milestones efficiently and successfully.
Andrew J. Stowell, L.L.S.
Survey Manager / Project Manager
Andrew J. Stowell serves as Survey Manager and Project Manager, overseeing projects from inception through completion. His responsibilities include coordinating site data collection, right-of-way determinations, and construction survey and layout services. Andy plays a critical role in ensuring survey data is accurate, reliable, and seamlessly integrated into engineering design.
Andy attended both the University of New Hampshire and Plymouth State College, and brings forty years of experience. He has been instrumental in modernizing Tritech's surveying practices, including computerized data collection and standardizing survey procedures to ensure full compatibility with Computer Aided Design and Drafting. Andy is committed to producing survey and project plans that are accurate, clear, and concise — consistently exceeding industry standards.
